General Communications Authorization
By enrolling in Prince Parker and Associates SMS and Email communication programs, you authorize Prince Parker and Associates(and its affiliates, agents, and contractors) to
contact you regarding your account, including for the purpose of servicing your account or collecting amounts you owe.
We may contact you using any email address you provide or use, any telephone number you provide to us, any number from which you contact us, or any number at which we reasonably believe we can reach you.
We may contact you in any manner permitted by law, including but not limited to:
● Telephone calls or text messages (SMS)
● Automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages
You acknowledge that we may contact you on mobile, wireless, or similar devices, and you may incur charges from your carrier.
Note: Prince Parker and Associates is currently unable to communicate with New York consumers via email or text message.
Text Message (SMS) Communications
Prince Parker and Associates may use text messaging (SMS) to communicate with consumers regarding account information, payment reminders, confirmations, past due notices, or to respond to questions. These messages may be sent for the purpose of collecting a debt.
Message and Data Rates:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Help and Support:
If you need help, reply “HELP” to any text message you receive from us, or contact us directly at (866) 447-4163.
Opt-Out and Unsubscribe Instructions
You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS or email communications from us at any time.
To stop receiving text messages (SMS):
● Reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from us.
● If you previously texted “STOP” and wish to reauthorize SMS communications, please call us at (866) 447-4163.
To stop receiving emails:
● Click the “Unsubscribe” link included in any email you receive from us, or
● Email us at customerservice@princeparker.com with “Update My Account Information” in the subject line. Please include your reference number, full name, and phone number in the body of your email, or
● Call us at (800) 276-2423.
Please note that it may take up to three (3) business days to process your opt-out request, and you may continue to receive messages during this time. After your request is processed, you may receive a final confirmation message.
Additional Information
Opting out of SMS or email communications does not prevent Prince Parker and Associates from contacting you through other lawful means, including telephone calls or U.S. mail.
